About the event
Halloween night gets loud fast. Before the costumes hit the sidewalks and the candy buckets fill up, we're opening the gardens for a slow afternoon of play, nature, and a little magic, hosted by the Witches of Serendip.
This is an afternoon for kids to make, wonder, and get their hands a little dirty. We'll gather in the garden, stir up a shared brew, learn where the season comes from, and send everyone home with something they made.
What We'll Do
Broom Making: Build a little hand broom from bristles, twine, and sticks, decorate it, and take it home.
The Cauldron Spell: Gather around the cauldron to brew a group tea together, then blend your own tea creation to carry home.
Crystal Grid: Help build a shared crystal grid in the garden. Each child chooses a stone to keep.
