About the event
At this time, our society has become so fractured that it's hard to stay connected with ourselves. This afternoon is for coming back to honor our authenticity, which is the root of our sovereignty. We'll use breath, sound, and movement to connect inward, and from there, outward to each other. Whether you joined us last month or this is your first time, you're welcome.
This gathering is offered freely, with no charge to attend. In the spirit of giving back to the land, I do encourage an energy exchange, a contribution to the Amah Mutsun Land Trust, honoring the original stewards of this land, in whatever amount feels right to you.
